The Helping Families Initiative (HFI) is a partnership with the District Attorney’s Office of Calhoun & Cleburne Counties and Calhoun County Schools to provide a supportive approach to solving chronic absenteeism, provide wrap-around services for students &their families, and provide crisis intervention & case management. Ultimately, our goal is to improve student success, graduation rates, and family stability, all while reducing dropout rates, substance abuse issues, and juvenile arrests.
