What Type of Campaign is Best for My Company?

  • In-Person Campaign - Adhering to all CDC and Company guidelines, our Campaign Director will come to your company and conduct an approximately 8 to 10-minute Campaign Rally, bringing pledge forms and brochures with him for all employees. We will conduct as many meetings as is necessary to reach all employees, no matter the time of day. Please note that this is the most effective way of engaging your associates in charitable giving to our local United Way.
  • Continuous Giving - Your company's Payroll or Human Resources department will continue to honor all payroll deduction givers at the same amount as the previous year deductions unless requested otherwise from the employee. We will provide new United Way information and pledge forms for all new employees.
  • Virtual Campaign - Our Campaign Director will provide you with pledge forms and brochures for each employee. He will then be able to present our presentation virtually, meaning you will be able to virtually connect him with your employees. We will conduct as many virtual meetings as is necessary to reach all employees, no matter the time of day.
  • Online Campaign - If your company is unable to accommodate any other campaign options, our campaign team can provide your company with a link to an online pledge pledge giving information. This option takes more dedication from you , as the company, to help with employee and engagement and encouraging associate giving. Remember, we need you this year more than ever.
