Dolly Parton's Imagination Library provides an age appropriate book each month to children from birth to five years of age. This program is free regardless of income level and open to families in Calhoun County. Studies have proven that children who are read to regularly are more prepared to learn once they reach kindergarten. Through a partnership with the Dollywood Foundation, United Way provides this community initiative to help our children develop their reading skills and prepare for brighter futures.
